Troubled just never seems to cease following Michael Lohan and his on/off again girlfriend Kate Major.
This time the former journalist has been arrested again.
She was taken into custody in the early hours of Sunday in Boca Raton, Florida for battery and resisting arrest, according to TMZ.
The website is reporting that she is being charged with 'battery, battery against an officer, EMT, or firefighter, and resisting an officer with violence.'
At this stage it is unclear if former partner Michael had something to do with the fracas.
There is currently a restraining order against him, preventing him to go near Major.
The arrest comes after Major recently completed a 30-day rehab stint.
The 29-year-old entered a Boca Raton rehabilitation program back in December.
A spokesperson for the former Star journalist told MailOnline: ‘Kate felt she needed to take this time to deal with some issues in her life and we all support her decision to do so.’
It is thought she is seeking treatment for alcohol abuse.
This also isn't the first time Major has been arrested.
She was arrested back in November 2011 for misdemeanor battery after hitting a fellow passenger on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Tampa, Florida.
