This year marks the 30th anniversary of Judas Priest's eighth album, Screaming for Vengeance, and in celebration they're re-releasing a deluxe version of it.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Judas Priest's eighth album, Screaming for Vengeance, and in celebration they're releasing a deluxe version. It will contain the re-mastered original album, bonus tracks and a live DVD from their appearance at the 1983 US Festival in California. Among the songs on Screaming for Vengeance are "The Hellion" and "You’ve Got Another Thing Coming." The anniversary release will be out on September 4th.

Former guitarist K.K. Downing says Screaming for Vengeance has "an undeniable completeness about it. By that, I mean a good and varied selection of songs, a cool cover and an overall uplifting feel that was perfect for the time when it was released... There is no doubt that without 'You've Got Another Thing Comin'' the album may not have been the success that it was, but I guess we will never really know."
