AC/Dc Vs Iran?

AC/DC: Iran Gets Thunderstruck

A computer virus that hit nuclear facilities in Iran has been using AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" to create havoc.

A computer virus that hit nuclear facilities in Iran has been using AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" to create havoc. Mikko Hypponen, the lead researcher at the Finnish computer security firm F-Secure, says he received "a series of emails from Iran" about the attack and posted them to his blog. One of the emails said, "There was also some music playing randomly on several of the workstations during the middle of the night with the volume maxed out. I believe it was playing 'Thunderstruck' by AC/DC."

Hypponen adds, "I'm not sure what to think about this. We can't confirm any of the details. However, we can confirm that the researcher was sending and receiving emails from within [Iran's Atomic Energy Organization]."
