Tom Petty is auctioning off a rare car for charity. Petty's 1996 Jaguar XJS Convertible will go up for bids on eBay starting Thursday and ending October 21st. The production on the Jaguar XJS ended after 21 years in 1996, the same model year as Petty's vehicle. Proceeds from the auction will go to Doctors Without Borders.
