SCORPIONS: Farewell No More |

The Scorpions' farewell tour is no more. Guitarist Matthias Jabs says they'll keep going, but will cut back on the number of shows they do. Jabs says, "We're giving up the constant touring -- into the studio, out of the studio, back on the road." He adds that they plan to start work on a new album next year and have been approached to perform in 2014 at the opening of the World Cup in Brazil. He adds that the album may contain songs they never finished in the '80s and '90s. The Scorpions are touring the Southwest this week. Source: Arizona Republic |
