Bonhams Auctioneers reports that the jacket George Harrison wore during the Beatles' rough-and-tumble days in Hamburg, Germany was sold for $178,000. Also from the Harrison family's private collection, George's boots fetched $98,000 at the same sale. Together, that's well over a quarter-million dollars of Fab Four leather!
