ROLLING STONES: Mick's Love Letters Fetch $300,000

Mick Jagger's love life has always been big news -- and memorabilia from it just sold for big money.

Mick Jagger's love life has always been big news -- and memorabilia from it just sold for big money. That collection of love letters the Rolling Stones frontman sent then-galpal Marsha Hunt in 1969 sold at auction for just over $300,000 -- twice what it was expected to bring. Sotheby's of London says Jagger sent the 10 handwritten notes while on location in Australia filming the movie Ned Kelly.

Hunt, the mother of Mick's oldest daughter Karis, is thought to be the inspiration for the Stones' 1971 hit "Brown Sugar."
