BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN: Yet One More Before Atlanta

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band officially start the Wrecking Ball tour on March 18th in Atlanta, but the itinerary continues to grow with special shows before then. The latest date is March 15th at the South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas, where Springsteen will deliver the keynote address earlier in the day. The other preview show is set for March 9th at New York's Apollo Theatre, and guitarist Steve Van Zandt says he wouldn't be surprised if they opened their rehearsals in Asbury Park, New Jersey to the public.

Springsteen and the E Street Band were on NBC's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night for the first in a weeklong series of tributes to The Boss. They did "We Take Care of Our Own" and "Wrecking Ball" and will be back to close out the week on Friday. Tonight's show features country singer Kenny Chesney performing "I'm on Fire" off of Born in the U.S.A.

Springsteen continues to stream songs off of his new album, Wrecking Ball, on his website. Today's selection is "You've Got It," which will be followed by "Rocky Ground" tomorrow, "Land of Hope and Dreams" on Thursday' and "We Are Alive" on Friday. Wrecking Ball will be out next Tuesday.
