BRIAN MAY: Rock Star Helps Rap Star

Queen guitarist Brian May makes an appearance on "Rockstar," a new song by U.K. rapper Dappy. The song, which will be out next month, is about rock stars dying young, particularly the "27 club," as he references the deaths of Amy Winehouse and Rolling Stones guitarist Brian Jones -- "Is there heaven for the forever twenty sevens, could it be three years till I'm jammin' with legends."

As for making an appearance on the song, May says, "I don't have time for 'guesting' much anymore on people's records. But when this track arrived in my inbox, I couldn't say no. Dappy's work reminds me that, although our 'genres' may be a million miles apart, there are areas where we speak the same language. He's a rock star!" May is also featured in the song's video.
