LED ZEPPELIN: Decending on New York
Led Zeppelin will be in New York City on Tuesday for the premiere of their concert film, Celebration Day.
The three surviving members of Led Zeppelin -- Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Robert Plant along with drummer Jason Bonham -- will be in New York City on Tuesday for the premiere of Celebration Day, the film documenting their 2007 reunion show at London's O2 Arena. There will be a screening in the morning for members of the media, followed by a press conference with all four musicians. Then at night, they along with a number of celebrities, will walk the red carpet for the premiere at the Ziegfeld Theatre in midtown Manhattan.
This is the first of four premieres, with the other three to follow in London, Berlin and Tokyo. The film will be shown in theaters across the U.S. on October 17th before it's release on DVD and CD on November 19th.
