CSN: Crosby Silenced

David Crosby was on stage for CSN's two concerts in Melbourne, Australia last week, but only Stephen Stills and Graham Nash sang. Crosby was suffering from a sore throat, but he did play guitar. Stills took the lead for "Long Time Gone," while Nash did the same on "Wooden Ships." They also made song substitutions, adding "So Begins the Task," "Wasted on the Way" and "For What It's Worth" to the set. Crosby's only vocal came on "Helplessly Hoping." Nash tells us, "The audience was more than pleased...of the 3,000 people there, only 22 wanted a refund."

CSN is in Sydney Wednesday night, followed by a final show Down Under -- Friday in Byron Bay, Australia.
