The Seattle hotel where The Beatles stayed this week in 1964 is saluting the Fab Four. Now through August 31st, the Edgewater Hotel is celebrating an Eight Days a Week Beatles Party.
Room 272, long known as The Beatle Suite, earned its place in history as the site of a famous photo of the "boys" fishing out an open window (the hotel is located on the shore of Puget Sound). And once the Beatles left town, 272's carpet was removed, cut up and sold for souvenirs!
