GERRY RAFFERTY: Girlfriend Sues After Being Ignored in His Will

Gerry Rafferty's girlfriend is suing for a share of the late rocker's estate. London's Daily Mail reports that Enzina Fuschini, who'd been with Rafferty since 2008 and became engaged to him the year after, is looking to overturn the will -- which was filed in 2007 and never amended even after they became a couple. Rafferty's California home was left to his daughter, Martha, while the music royalties -- said to total more than $130,000 a year from "Baker Street" alone -- were placed in a trust for his grand-daughter Celia.
