Phil Spector has turned down the chance to watch a DVD of the upcoming HBO movie about him in which he's portrayed by Al Pacino.

Spector's lawyer, Dennis Riordan, tells London's Express that Phil "does not believe it will be an accurate portrayal of what went on and feels that it has fabricated certain events." The disgraced music mogul, who's in prison for the 2003 murder of Lana Clarkson, never spoke with Pacino or the film's creative team during production. Neither did his current wife, Rachelle.
