Word out of the U.K. is that Kinks frontman Ray Davies will open The Who's Quadrophenia U.K. tour in June. Pete Townshend is a big fan of Davies and The Kinks.

Queen guitarist Brian May has been in Queen drummer Roger Taylor's studio recording with singer Kerry Ellis, with Taylor's son Rufus Taylor on drums.

Ted Nugent has announced three sessions of his Kamp for Kids - -June 8th at Walnut Creek Lake near Papillion, Nebraska; June 22nd at Arrowhead Lake near Neola, Iowa; and July 19th at the Quail Mountain Recreation Area near Twin Lakes, Colorado.
