David Geffen, Gregg Allman and more

Music industry veteran David Geffen will be the subject of a PBS documentary as part of its American Masters series. Among those interviewed for it are Neil Young, Don Henley, Elton John, Jackson Browne, David Crosby and Slash. It premieres November 20th.

Gregg Allman will do his own tour this fall after The Allman Brothers Band summer run, which finds them in Atlanta on Wednesday.

Police drummer Stewart Copeland will be part of the Musicians Institute's Conversation Series Thursday at the Musicians Institute Concert Hall in Los Angeles. It will be streamed live.

"Big Man" leather bracelets, sold in honor of the late Clarence "Big Man" Clemons, helped raise more than $12,000 for Little Kids Rock, a non-profit provider of free musical instruments and lessons to underprivileged public school students across the U.S.
