Dave Mason and Michael Bolton will team up November 10th in Reno, Nevada for a benefit dinner and concert in celebration of the 20th anniversary of The Michael Bolton Charities, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about violence against women. Add REO Speedwagon and Boz Scaggs to the list of artists suing their record companies over whether digital downloads are considered "sales" or "licenses." The artists contend that selling their music through third-parties such as iTunes means a royalty rate of 50 percent instead of around 15 percent for CDs. Peter Frampton, James Taylor, Gary Wright and others have filed similar suits in recent months.
