Does Neil Young have a follow-up to his memoir, Waging Heavy Peace, in mind? In the acknowledgments to the book, published this week, he writes, “I would like to thank all the people in this book and my next book. There can never be enough pages for you.”

Ian Hunter will sign copies of his new album, When I’m President, Saturday afternoon at Laurie’s Planet of Sound in Chicago ahead of his show in the Windy City that night. Hunter performs in Cleveland tonight (Thursday) and the first of two Chicago shows on Friday.

Lynyrd Skynyrd will perform on The Late, Late Show With Craig Ferguson on CBS Monday night. Skynyrd is in Kent, Washington tonight (Thursday), Nampa, Idaho on Friday and Reno, Nevada on Saturday.

Two R.E.M. albums will make their high-definition digital debuts on Tuesday. They are Reckoning and Lifes Rich Pageant, and both will be available on HD Tracks.
