Adam Clayton followed Bono's lead in buying into a high-end Manhattan apartment building -- and he's following his bandmate out the door as well.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Clayton has listed his residence, which overlooks Central Park, for just over $8.5 million. He paid just more than $1 million for the two smaller apartments that he combined back in the 1990s.
Bono, who was Clayton's upstairs neighbor for several years, sold his unit back in 2008 and purchased a larger pad several blocks away.
