A story involving John Lennon has inspired Al Pacino's upcoming movie. Deadline.com says that Imagine, written and directed by Dan Fogelman, will star Pacino as a down-and-out rock and roller who finds an undelivered letter written to his 19-year-old self from his hero John Lennon. The discovery leads to the character cleaning up his act and reconnecting with his son. No word on whether John's song "Imagine" has been licensed to play in the film, which begins shooting next spring.
