British paper says Olympic athletes look like Gene Simmons when they stick out their tongues.

As if Gene Simmons' ego wasn't big enough, comes this little item from the U.K. press -- "Joy, frustration, excitement or relief: It seems like there is no better way for elite athletes to express their emotions than by saying it with their tongue, literally... Italian swimmer Federica Pellegrini was caught several times sporting the classic pose reminiscent of KISS frontman Gene Simmons." So, not only has Simmons taken credit for inventing the devil horns hand gesture, but next time you stick your tongue out you have ol' Gene to thank.
