JERRY GARCIA: More Stuff Up for Auction

A collection of Grateful Dead-related items will go up for bids on May 8th in San Francisco. Auction house Bonhams calls it the Visions of Garcia auction, and items being sold include:

• Various artworks by Jerry Garcia, including one of the five known original oil paintings he did and two sketchbooks
• The original preliminary cover art of the Dead's Europe '72 live album
• Garcia's acoustic Takamine guitar
• An Ibanez guitar designed for Garcia by Ibanez and Bob Weir in 1977
• A 1983 Garcia-owned Harley Davidson
