JETHRO TULL: Countdown Underway |

| The Jethro Tull website features a clock at the top of the page that's counting down to a special announcement on February 1st. A source close to the band tells us it has something to do with Gerald Bostock, the fictional child author of the poem used as the lyrics for Tull's 1972 album Thick as a Brick. Tull frontman Ian Anderson is doing a Thick as a Brick 40th anniversary tour this year.
Anderson writes, "From time to time, fans ask whatever happened to Gerald Bostock, the boy who penned the lyrics to the classic Thick as a Brick album. Actually we didn't know, but just happened to hear from him last month and he is now on Facebook. Be sure to say hello to the nearly 50-year-old."
