THE KINKS: Celluloid Heroes |

A film about the friction between brothers Ray and Dave Davies of The Kinks is starting to take shape. Director Julien Temple will direct and the script is currently being written by two British screenwriters. It is being produced by Jeremy Thomas who has the big-screen adaptation rights to both of the brother's autobiographies. gzucker3722 - The Kinks were the second concert I ever saw (1980 - Madison Square Garden. I saw Yes a few months earlier). I would definitlely see the movie, just to see how they portray the incident in which Dave Davies gets mad, cuts his amp cones, and changes rock-n-roll forever.
