EAGLES: Never Mess With Them

Hip-hop artist Frank Ocean could be facing a lawsuit after sampling the Eagles' "Hotel California" for his 2011 song "American Wedding" without permission. Don Henley says he's considering his legal options, and according to Spin, Warner Music Group, which owns the master recording, has already threatened to sue. A spokesman for the Eagles says, "Frank Ocean did not merely 'sample' a portion of the Eagles' 'Hotel California' -- he took the whole master track, plus the song's existing melody, and replaced the lyrics with his own."

Ocean's song and video have been pulled from numerous websites.
