KISS: Victory
KISS has been granted an injunction by the U.S. District Court in Detroit in their case against the sale of the book, Vintage KISS Photos. The publisher has been ordered to permanently cease from using the name KISS or any of their marks, including the registered face paint used by each band member. The Federal Court also enjoined anyone from publishing a book which includes a collection of the copyrighted photographs or utilizes the face paint or other registered trademarks of “KISS.”
KISS is down to the two last shows of the year, both in Brazil, Saturday in Sao Paolo and Sunday in Rio de Janeiro.
