Bruce Springsteen did the second-longest documented show of his career Thursday when he turned in a three-hour and 40-minute set in Milan, Italy. He and the E Street Band ran through 33 songs, including a solo piano version of "The Promise."

Springsteen's longest-ever show was on New Year's Eve 1980 at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. The 38 songs he played took him past four hours. Springsteen will be 63 in September.
