MOTLEY CRUE: Tommy Settles

Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has settled a lawsuit filed by his former assistant. Radar Online says Michael Sullivan will get $400,000 from Lee as well as a "public apology." Sullivan's suit claimed that he worked virtually around the clock, that Lee made improper deductions from his paycheck and that Lee bad-mouthed him, which cost Sullivan tour-manager gigs with Godsmack and Bush.
