The Moving Sidewalks were a Houston-based blues-rock band with a psychedelic slant that opened local shows for Jimi Hendrix, The Doors and others. They were together for three years. The Complete Collection contains their only album, Flash, along with a couple of non-album singles and unreleased tracks -- including a cover of The Beatles' "I Want to Hold Your Hand." It will be out on September 25th.
ZZ Top released their new album, La Futura, yesterday (Tuesday). They perform tonight (Wednesday) in New York.
