U2 are taking their biggest fans, the ones who are members of their website, back to their first five years together.
Along with Hot Press in their native Ireland, they've put together North Side Story: U2 in Dublin, 1978-1983. It charts their rise to fame not only in their hometown, but also around the world through the release of their live disc Under a Blood Red Sky.
The book is 274 pages long and contains rare and unpublished photos, reviews, interviews and original band pieces from the time. But you can't buy it. It's available only by subscribing to U2.com.
