Billy Joel says he's done with touring.

Although Billy is scheduled to perform at Jazz Fest in New Orleans on April 27th, he's not hitting the road anytime soon. He tells Rolling Stone, "I'm not as good as I used to be. I'm not as athletic as I used to be. I don't jump off the piano anymore -- that didn't help my hips, either. And my voice has changed. It's lowered."

But if he were to go back out, it probably wouldn't be with Elton John, who commented to Rolling Stone in 2011 about his drinking. Billy says, "We haven't spoken, and I don't know why. Elton doesn't really know me that well. We toured together for 16 years and never really hung out. Elton assumes a lot about me that he doesn't really know. If he thought I was screwing up or doing something bad, I don't know why he didn't just call me. I wasn't as mad as I was disappointed."
