PAUL McCARTNEY: Ex Rips Piers for Listening |

| Paul McCartney's ex-wife, Heather Mills, is once again tearing into Piers Morgan and the News Corporation's British tabloids. Testifying last week before the official panel probing the hacking charges, Heather again denied ever giving Morgan, the onetime newspaper editor and now American TV personality, any access to her private voicemail. Morgan has admitted listening to her messages but, claiming he needs to protect a source, has refused to say where or when.
Calling Morgan "a man who has written awful things about me for years," Heather also criticized British regulations that require newspapers to print just "postage stamp-sized" retractions after publishing inaccurate stories. She says that helps "the public believe the lies." And she called for press photographers to be licensed and for newspapers to use only photos from licensed sources. Heather was married to McCartney from 2002 to 2008. They have one child, eight-year old Beatrice. Source: BBC |
