PHIL SPECTOR: Supreme Court Rejects Appeal |

Yesterday, the Supreme Court decided not to review Phil Spector's 2009 conviction for the second-degree murder of Lana Clarkson. He'd appealed based on an accusation that the judge in his trial had violated his civil rights by explaining evidence of blood spatter given by a technician. Clarkson died of gunshot wounds in Spector's Alhambra, California mansion in 2003. He was sentenced to 19 years to life behind bars. Source: Reuters |
