Jimmie Vaughan is recovering from a heart attack.

Vaughan's condition was revealed by the promoters of the Mahindra Blues Festival in Mumbai, India, who posted a note saying he'd canceled his appearance because he "was admitted to Pomona (California) Hospital Medical Center on January 23rd with an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack). He had a coronary angioplasty and stent placement. He is still in the hospital but recovering, and has been advised by his cardiologist to rest at home for a month."
