Ringo Starr is turning to the public for help in putting together the video for "Wings," the first song off his new album, Ringo 2012. "I'm leaving it open for you to interpret so let your creative juices flow," says Ringo, who will pick the winning entry, which will then be serviced to media as the official promo video for the song.
