TODD RUNDGREN: Good Morning Campers

Todd Rundgren will follow up his participation in Ringo Starr's All-Starr Band tour this summer with his second annual Musical Revival Camp, July 23rd to the 27th at the Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, New York. The goal is to teach campers how to learn how to "make it" and how to survive in the music industry. Joining Rundgren will be his longtime bassist Kasim Sulton, Mark Volman from The Turtles and Flo & Eddie, R.E.M. guitarist Peter Buck and others yet to be announced.

Rundgren isn't the only artist with his own camp. Hot Tuna singer-guitarist Jorma Kaukonen has been running his camp at his Fur Peace Ranch in Ohio for many years, and in April he will take it on the road to The Allman Brothers' Wanee Music Festival in Love Oak, Florida. Jorma will teach guitar, Hot Tuna's Jack Casady the bass and the Grateful Dead's Mickey Hart percussion.
