A woman is suing because she slipped in vomit at a Whitesnake concert.

A woman who slipped in vomit at a Whitesnake concert is suing the city council of Newport in Wales. Lindy Butcher claims she was injured after slipping and falling in a puddle of vomit at the band's December 2011 concert in Newport. Butcher, who insists she was not drinking at the show, tells the South Wales Argus, "It was horrifying. You don't expect to fall in someone's vomit."

Butcher blames the fall for bruising and soreness to both of her knees and muscle spasms between her ribs. The council claims that the bar staff did what it could to prevent the accident.
