U2: More Time in Court for Spidey

There's yet another day in court ahead for Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, the musical featuring songs by U2's Bono and The Edge. Richard Kobak claims he suffered various injuries during his time as the "Hero Flyer," a role that involves most of the show's high-flying stunts.

Kobak says adjustments weren't made to the computer system that controlled his harness and that he made hard floor landings on 70 occasions, injuring both of his knees. His lawyers have filed a petition in New York Supreme Court that seeks documents relating to the computer system so they can determine whether they can bring a suit against the producers.
