KISS: Stanley's Getting There
Paul Stanley is almost done with the first draft of his autobiography. He tells us, "I'd give it another four or five months."
The book covers his life both in and out of KISS, and Stanley says the over-riding message is: "Life isn't always easy, but if you believe in yourself you can go against pretty much all adversity and come out on top." The book will be published by Harper-Collins, but no date has been announced.
Stanley is the fourth and final original member of KISS to write his memoir, following Gene Simmons -- who's written two -- Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. Frehley is also working on a second volume.
