STYX: The Gray Illusion

Former Styx singer and keyboardist Dennis DeYoung turned 65 last month -- February 18th -- and he writes about it on his website saying, "Mother of pearl, how the hell did I get this age?" But he felt better when he realized he wasn't the only artist with gray hair. "Letting my hair go gray was not an easy decision and there have been times when I've regretted it, but recently I have felt better -- check out Jimmy Page, Brian May, David Byrne, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts as recent inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Gray." DeYoung is back on the road next Friday in Elgin, Illinois.
