An American family has The Edge to thank for saving their vacation.

An American family can thank The Edge for saving their vacation. On Wednesday the unidentified family from San Francisco accidentally left a bag with their passports at Dart Station in Killeney, Ireland. When they checked in at their hotel, they got a message from the U2 guitarist saying he'd found their bag at the station and had seen a label with the hotel's address. The Edge arranged for the bag to be returned to the family and left a souvenir in it -- a signed U2 CD with a message that said, "Hope your journey ends well."
