Van Halen continues to film some of their goings on as they count down to the February 7th release of their new album, A Different Kind of Truth. They've posted an acoustic version of The Kinks' "You Really Got Me," which they first recorded electric-style for their self-titled debut in 1978. David Lee Roth introduces the black-and-white video, which was filmed at his house, saying, "We never got the licensing right and it didn't make it onto the actual record. This is what is on the deluxe package." No word on if he meant that they tried to re-record the song for the new album. Source: Yahoo! Music |
