Alice Cooper ends each show with a blast of confetti over the audience, but the tables were turned on him recently in Iowa. At the end of "School's Out" the cannons fired, but the winds were blowing in and everything came down on Cooper and his band. An audience member writes on Cooper's website, "It was totally hilarious. Absolutely nothing fell on the crowd. One of the giant balloons they use went through two of the upright rigs and over a small building behind the right side of the stage and disappeared. A girl found it up against a train car."
Next up for Cooper, opening for Iron Maiden, is Mansfield, Massachusetts tonight (Tuesday) and Wantagh, New York tomorrow (Wednesday).
