Yes bassist Chris Squire says the door is always open for singer Jon Anderson to return.
Yes bassist Chris Squire says the door is always open for singer Jon Anderson -- as if it were Anderson's decision to leave. Squire says, "That’s been the history anyway of the relationship with Jon and [former keyboardist] Rick Wakeman. They’ve been in the band, they’ve been out of the band and back in again. So it’s not impossible to say that we might do something in the future." Anderson was not available for comment.
Squire, Steve Howe and Alan White decided not to wait for Anderson a few years back when he was medically unable to tour. Now they're working with their second Anderson sound-alike, Jon Davison, while Anderson records and tours as a solo act. He occasionally working with Wakeman, who says it is not Yes without Anderson. Squire is the only member of the band to have played in every incarnation.

ONLY THING IS... WHY DO PEOPLE GO TO A CONCERT WHEN THEY SIT & TALK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CONCERT... BEAT'S THE HECK OUT OF ME... I AM A LADY (GIGGLE) & I DID NOT EVEN HIT THE THREE GUYS SITTING IN FRONT OF ME OVER THE HEAD, I JUST KINDLY TOLD THEM TO BE QUIET WHILE THE MUSIC WAS PLAYING...& SAT THERE & PRAYED THAT AFTER PROCOL HARUM WAS DONE PLAYING THEY WOULD NOT COME BACK TO THEIR SEATS... & GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYERS, THEY DID NOT COME BACK TO THEIR SEATS FOR "YES".... YES YES YES... LOL LOL LOL GOD & HIS ANGELS ALWAY'S LOOK OUT FOR ME... :) & I WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE TO TAKE COME AWESOME PICTURES WITH MY CAMERA TOO... WOO HOO... ROCK ON...
