FLYBOARD LET'S YOU PLAY WITH DOLPHINS ON THE SAME LEVEL

New water jetpack inspires bottle-nosed tomfoolery

Built by French water sports fan Franky Zapata, a new water-powered jetpack that straps to the wearers feet is being used for human-dolphin horseplay.

This vital skill separates the Flyboard, as it is known, form Jetlev which was revealed earlier in the year.

It's also considerably cheaper. The Jetlev costs £60,000 ($90,000) while the Flyboard is just £4200 ($6,500).

They share similar mechanics, with water being sucked from the ocean through a huge hose attached to a jetski and blasted back out again. The power of the water is controlled by an operator on the jetski, which has to have at least 100hp to operate the Flyboard.
