TODAY'S 4:20 FAIL

Clearly it was not the ideal time for Roger Alvin Henderson to be pulled over.

The Alachua County Sheriff's Office says a deputy stopped Henderson on Monday, thinking there was a window tint violation with Henderson's car.

The deputy's dash cam video shows Henderson is brought in front of the patrol car and as he hands the deputy his driver's license, he says he needs to urinate.

The deputy does not appear to hear his statement, and instead walks over to Henderson's car, where he speaks with the man's mother inside.

Upon taking a closer look, the deputy realizes the window tinting was in fact legal, and he is heard apologizing to the mother for needlessly pulling them over. But at the same time, the dash video shows Henderson undoing his pants and urinating all over the front of the deputy's patrol car.

As the deputy returns to Henderson, he notices the newly formed puddle.

"Did you pee on my car?" the deputy asks. "You just pissed on my car!"

Henderson, who was just seconds away from being released, is instead arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
