On this day in 1985, Jimmy Page sat in with The Beach Boys at two huge outdoor shows celebrating Independence Day. At the first, held along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, the former Zeppelin guitarist joined up for some rousing encore renditions of "Lucille," "Surfin' USA" and "Barbara Ann." The second was at the National Mall in Washington, DC.
