SANTANA & ROD STEWART: Rolling Out the Tour Tonight

The first leg of the Santana and Rod Stewart tour starts tonight (Friday), in Albany, New York, two-plus hours north of New York City. Billed as The Voice. The Guitar. The Songs., this first leg runs through June 7th in Lincoln, Nebraska before they pick it up again on July 31st in Eugene, Oregon. That second leg will head north into Canada before heading East where they’ll wind it up in Wantagh, New York on August 20th.

Both Carlos and Rod have residences in Las Vegas, as well as experiencing a resurgence in their careers after working with record executive Clive Davis. They gave a Las Vegas audience a taste of what many other cities may experience earlier this month when Carlos joined Stewart on stage at Caesars Palace in Vegas for a performance of “I’d Rather Go Blind.”
