Robert Plant‘s camp is denying a report that he tore up an $800-million contract for a 35-date Led Zeppelin tour. His office claims the report is “rubbish,” but a source, who played a significant role in arranging the band’s 2007 London reunion show, says it is indeed true.
Virgin Records and Airlines mogul Richard Branson was allegedly behind the offer, which included a Led Zep jet that fans could pay $100-grand a seat to fly on.
