Another piece of Beatles-related real estate is heading for auction. The BBC reports that bidding on the house where John Lennon‘s mother Julia Lennon lived during the 1950s — when the future Beatle lived with his aunt Mimi — is set for March 31st. The estimated price is $180,000.

The semi-detached house is on Blomfield Road, in the Allerton neighborhood of Liverpool. John visited frequently and practiced his guitar there. His sisters Julia and Jackie lived there with their mother and her partner, John “Bobby” Dykins.

Beatle-related property remains a hot commodity. The rowhouse where George Harrison‘s family lived from 1949 until the early-’60s — and was the scene of several Quarrymen rehearsals — went for $210,000 in October.
